- has 3+ years of experience in HR in the IT industry and good knowledge of best HR practices in this sphere.

- has experience working in a middle or huge IT Company and would like to work in an international product company.

- has strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people across different locations, cultures, and levels within the company.
- good problem solver and has conflict management skills.
- effective communicator (verbal and written skills).
- able to maintain confidentiality, build trust, and use sound judgment.
- has excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills; analytical and process-oriented person.
- has Intermediate verbal and written English skills with ability to communicate with teams remotely.
- proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Drive.
- has in-depth knowledge of Ukraine labour laws.

Job to be done:
- understand the company’s goals and purposes so to continue to enhance the company’s performance.
- maintain knowledge of applicable laws and regulations applicable to people management and employment including labour laws and standards, privacy, human rights, etc.
- develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s technologies, process and teams.
- work with the Global Talent Acquisition Lead and local internal recruiter, participate in the interview processes (including preparing interview questions, coordinating testing as required, etc.), offers and negotiations, preparing Job Offers, etc.
- facilitate the employee onboarding and orientation processes and programs locally; working with the Senior HR Manager and other HR teams to continuously work to improve the onboarding process to ensure a new employee success in their role and the company overall.
- support managers to coach and mentor employees on a regular basis; address and resolving employee concerns and issues; provide advice and counsel employees and supervisors.
- support managers across the company to improve employee engagement and development.
- work with managers and employees on individual development plans;
- proactively identify potential issues, coaching and supporting managers and employees towards solutions, and identifying areas of opportunity for training and development.
- promote company values so all employees contribute to building our company culture.
- manage enrollment for all employees into the Health Insurance program; answer questions and assist employees with enrollment, submitting claims, etc.
- help the Senior HR Manager in the planning and facilitation of monthly and semi-annual employee events and other team activities.
- build initiatives in the Ukraine office and work on HR projects as assigned;
- encourage a team-focused and collaborative work environment;
- coordinate with other HR team members across the whole Company.
- maintain accurate data and files in BambooHR; update personal information, etc.
- ensure all Ukraine employees are using BambooHR on a regular basis, including leave tracking.
- assist with performance management as required.
- work with the Training and Development Lead (part of the HR team), help to organize employee training; research and recommend all-staff training and individual employee training as needed.
- assist the corporate travel manager with travel arrangements and visa processes as required.
- participate in employee relations meetings as directed by the HR Director.
- facilitate offboarding processes in Ukraine office at the direction of the HR Director.
- respond to general HR inquiries; seek assistance from the Sr. HR Manager or HR Director as required.
