Lead QA Engineer (offline)

Required skills:
* 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing;
* 1+ years of experience in the same position;
* Experience in leading teams (3+ people), planning QA Sprint and Release activities, distribute tasks between the team members;
* Experience testing 2+ projects at the same time;
* Experience of testing mobile apps (android, iOS);
* Proficiency with Testing Theory/Test Design principles: strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, testing processes, methods and concepts;
* Experience in test documentation creation, test execution and bug creation;
* Work experience with CI/CD;
* Work experience with Git;
* Strong problem-solving and facilitation skills;
* Basic experience with DB;
* Experience in estimation;
* Strong analytics skills;
* Ability to educate others.
