HTML/CSS Programmer (offline)

Requirements:
- 1+ years professional experience HTML5 and CSS3
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript;
- Strong knowledge of DOM manipulations
- Experience with adaptive and responsive design
- Experience with any CSS frameworks
- English intermediate
Will be plus:
- Experience with any modern JS frameworks (React is plus)
- Version control systems
- Experience with build systems (e.g Webpack)
- Experience with popular CSS preprocessors
