Presale Support Analyst (offline)

The Presales Support Services (PS) is the dedicated center for presales support.
The principle objective of Presales Support Analyst is to support a business generating activities by taking on role of coordinator and driver in internal presales processes. Internal clients for PS are Sales, Engineering, Solutions Departments of ALOB.
This role reports to Head of Presales Support. This role requires the consultancy and communication gifted person with meaningful understanding of the interaction between buyer and seller within IT outsourcing and consultancy.
Understanding of presales and bidding processes in area of outsourcing is highly desirable for this role.
The candidate must be fluent user of main Microsoft Office programs as he will use them for as instrument for documents creation and filling in.
The multiple tasks workload is planned to be common, so successful candidate ought to work under pressing time schedule, be keen in prioritizing and skillful in smart solutions.

Our team: ALOB Presale supprot is 7 people.

Technologies used: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, SalesForce, Confluence, Jira, Zulip, Office 365, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Presales support:
° Provide support for sales leaders from Sales and Account Management Department
° Provide support for sales leaders from Delivery and Solutions Departments
° Make data-driven impartial recommendations to sales leaders
° Follow scalable and repeatable processes and solutions
° Advise on best bidding practices and approaches
• Bid management
° Form the cross-department bid team
° Drive the process of developing proposals
° Control & coordinate development of different parts of proposals
° Initiate proposal coordination meetings
° Initiate proposals validation and approval process
° Control over the schedule of proposal development
° Assure proper communication of bid team with the sales manager who own the opportunity
° integrate proposal parts from the different sources into a single proposal document
° complete standard proposal parts like terms & conditions, wording etc. to match the standardized proposal approach
• Knowledge Management
° Maintain proposals log and database
° Control correctness and completeness of Leads/Opportunities in SalesForce
° Collect, systemize, maintain and reuse:
 typical technical proposals
 case studies and value propositions
 typical terms and conditions for proposals draft MSA, PO, SOW
 standard service propositions
 standard approaches to different engagement models

Mandatory Skills:
 Knowledgeable presales and bidding processes
 Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
 Upper-intermediate+ written and spoken English
 Familiar with SalesForce, Confluence
 Organizational and controlling approach
 Analytical and systemizing mindset
 Easy and proactive communication style
 Focus on quality and performance
 Continuous study and self-improvement character
 Result-driven personal confidence

Nice-to-have:
 Being acknowledged of key tools and technologies used for software development
 Knowledge of different types of pricing and engagement models in IT outsourcing
