QA Team Lead (Automation) (offline)

Requirements

- 4+ years of QA experience;
- Proven knowledge of QA theory, approaches, etc.;
- QA automation skills (C#, ASP.NET Core, React);
- Experience in non-functional tests such as Performance;
- Understanding of modern apps architecture;
- Understanding of modern apps deployment;
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering practices;
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- An ability to create and support tests documentation (guidelines, best practices, standards);
- Good mentoring skills;
- Technical English level.

Will be a plus

- Experience in sports betting;
- Programming skills with any OOP languages;
- Knowledge of continuous integration/delivery (TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.) and source control systems (e.g GIT).

Responsibilities

- Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices;
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met;
- Lead and mentor QA team members;
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
