SCRUM Master (offline)

About the role:
We are inviting you to join our new team that will create a new mobile banking app from scratch and deliver end-to-end features by designing, developing, testing & delivering every sprint. You will get information about the product from stakeholders & use the latest technologies to deliver the best experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
-responsible to facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings;
- helping the product owner to establish a product backlog;
- possesses conflict resolution, does conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect;
- helps the team to estimate & plan the product delivery in the most precise way following the value chain;
- coaching the team to continuously improve using best agile practices;
- work with the wider organisation to help stakeholders interact productively with the scrum team and to establish and environment where scrum can be effective.

Requirements:
- understand principles of the lean product development;
- deep knowledge of Agile approaches: Scrum, Kanban, XP;
- knowledge about other methodologies other than Agile-Scrum, so that he can explain other methodologies to motivate his team;
- deep understanding of Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, Automated Testing, Agile Games.

Will be a plus:
- has a certification from ICAgile/Scrum.org/ScrumAliance;
- has a knowledge in different scaled Agile frameworks: LeSS, Spotify model, SAFe;
- has a technical background.
