Senior Project Manager (offline)

In Client Onboarding program we build critical platform for global financial institution. This highly integrated workflow solution allows our client to open accounts for corporate business almost in any place in the world.

We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager to join our Client Onboarding program in Kiev. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent analytical and presentation skills. The candidate should also have strong communication skills, enabling them to work with key business stakeholders and partners to deliver business critical UI and integration projects. A keen sense of ownership and sense of urgency is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure development process and established engineering excellence practices are followed by all team members;
- Perform day-to-day people management activities with collaboration with company internal services;
- Proactively respond to project related and technical risks;
- Manage stakeholders expectations and ensure transparency of delivery processes;
- Handle project plans, monitor development progress and dependencies;
- Setup, coordinate and ensure execution of development, including activities related to integration with other applications;
- Release management - adoption to infrastructure changes and production releases planning;

Mandatory Skills:
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with at least 5+ years in IT project management;
- Advanced English level - able to freely and confidently communicate with senior technology and operations staff
- Management experience in projects with enterprise level architectural challenges;
- Up-to-date technical knowledge of industry best practices
- Financial domain experience preferred;
- Excellent verbal, communication and consultancy skills;

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Background in Java EE and workflow applications development is a plus
