Head of Product (offline)

Required skills:

— Deep understanding of product management in B2C, product lifecycle, commercial aspects of the product development
— Excellent knowledge in the software development area, previous experience in Agile environment
— Experience working with engineers, marketing, UX, and integrating those partnerships into impactful product
— Able to build strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
— A data-driven approach to problem-solving
— Experience of growing and managing a complete product team
— A technical background is desirable
— Fluent English


Will be a plus:

— Experience in product development that has been provided to customers worldwide
— Experience in conducting A / B, A / A tests
— Understanding of UI / UX principles, analytics (GA, POWER BI or equivalent)
— Analytical/technical background
— Deep knowledge MT4, MT5 or other platform is a plus but not mandatory
— Previous experience as a product manager in Fintech, Gambling, Gaming area/companies is considered as a big plus

Duties:

— Identifying and exploring market opportunities, building business cases, and defining product vision and strategy
— Building the project’s financial model and product presentation for the company’s management
— Evaluate data and insights for comprehensive strategy planning, set up KPI metrics for the product
— Establish timelines and product benchmarks
— Establish initiatives and align with cross-functional goals
— Collaborate with product leaders to establish timeline workflows and goals
— Ensure product aligns with company mission and goals
— Responsible for ownership of product voice and vision
— Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
— Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
— Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
— Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
— Keep up-to-date with the latest tools and trends in data and analytics, incorporating them into the strategy as appropriate
— Follow our competitors and the industry
— Works closely with the Marketing, Development, Sales & Risk Management Teams

We are looking for applicants in small Ukrainian startups with international ambitions and the availability of investments. All companies provide the opportunity to work both remotely from any corner of the world and in an autonomous office in Kyiv equipped with Starlinks and generators.
