Head of Marketing (offline) $2000-5000

Requirements:
✅ Worked on similar marketing positions in IT outsourcing companies.
✅ Have a strong understanding of sales/marketing processes in IT outsourcing companies.
✅ Built B2B marketing strategies.
✅ Have experience with inbound and outbound marketing for IT outsourcing companies.
✅ Strategic thinking, strong analytical skills; Excellent planning skills
✅ Have at least an Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities:
📌 Develop marketing strategy in collaboration
📌 Overseeing implementation of the Marketing strategy — including campaigns, events, cross-channel communication, digital marketing etc
📌 Lead the budget planning process and oversee monthly budget management and coordination
📌 Working in close coordination with Sales and Research and Engagement Team
📌 Manage and develop company’s Sales and Marketing channels (Owned (Corporate Website, Blogs), Marketplaces (Clutch), Communication channels (LinkedIn, Facebook), Content Marketing, etc.)
📌 Implementing strategies to drive traffic to corporate website
📌 Work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials, and presentations, etc
📌 Stay up to date on top of key industry trends, analyst reports, and data points and share updates with the marketing team and senior leadership
📌 Create dashboards to measure KPIs and performance across the marketing team and provide insights to help drive optimization
📌 Hire specialists for marketing team and manage day-to-day activities tasks and activities
