Golang Team Lead (offline)

Main requirements:
-4+ years of Golang experience;
-Experience managing a team;
-Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB,Redis;
-Familiarity of prior experience with container solutions (Docker, Kubernetes);
-Strong understanding of goroutine and interface concepts;
-Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks;
-Quick learner with ambitious and results driven personality;
-English - intermediate.
-Knowledge of Microservice architecture and Event Driven Approach;
-Familiarity with Blockchain solutions;
-Experience working with Unix-like/Linux operating systems;
-Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/GCP.
Responsibilities:
-Leading and coaching a team;
-Starting projects from scratch;
-Develop new services and features;
-Gathering of technical requirements;
-Сode reviewing.
Be involved in most of the technical decisions on the project
