The client manager primary role is supporting clients using and benefitting from the company services. It is expected that the candidate builds a deep knowledge to the product as well as an understanding of the market. The role is customer facing and as such the candidate must have excellent English skills as well as be comfortable training either via online sessions or in person.

— Must be customer-oriented with great problem solving and communication skills.
— Strong attention to detail and very quality oriented.

Responsibilities:
— Establishing and maintaining new and existing corporate client accounts.
— Preparing business- analytics for customers.
— Prepare and conduct online training session (potentially on client premises).
— Regular feedback to manager on cases, queries and issue resolution.
— Communicate with the development, test and operations team regarding ongoing support issues.
