Windows Server/Aсtive Directory Engineer Customer Support (offline)

Exipirience:
— At least Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English level
— You must have at least 2 years of experience in Systems Administration of Windows Servers, Windows Active Directory, and Networking.
— Mandatory experience with Windows Server and Desktop operating system configuration, troubleshooting and management
— Mandatory expirience with Windows Active Directory configuration, troubleshooting and management
— Expirience with Windows BitLocker management configuration, troubleshooting and management
Microsoft RDP
— AD Group Policies configuration, troubleshooting and management
— Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
— OS and network level firewall troubleshooting
— Local network configuration and protocols including DHCP & DNS)

Will be a huge:
— Experience with Azure and AWS
— Azure Portal
— Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp
— Cybersecurity experience in perimeter and platform security
— Cisco firewall and network switch support
— PowerShell and Bash scripting

Responsibilities:
— Customer onboarding and support (live chat)
— Onboarding by Zoom meetings or other
— Resolving customer issues
