Data Scientist (offline)

Job type: 100% remote

Requirements:
- You have experience in developing algorithms and implementing data analytics solutions in agile big data projects
- You have in-depth knowledge of mathematics, statistical methods and principles of machine learning as well as experience with some of the following methods: clustering, classification, modeling, regression, text analysis, pattern recognition and neural networks
- You have worked in at least two of the following areas: time series analysis, social media analysis, customer data analysis, signal processing, anomaly detection
- You have at least a couple of years of professional experience in agile software development and have a degree in computer science or a comparable degree
- You have good experience with programming languages relevant in the data science environment, e.g. Python, Java, R, Scala, Javascript and software engineering
- As an experienced big data software engineer, you give less experienced colleagues guidance and keep the big picture in view and thus ensure the implementation of the vision with the team
- You have experience in agile methods, understand and can apply aspects from design, architecture, coding to testing and deployment
- You master data analysis tools (e.g. Knime, Rapidminer, Talend, Tableau, Cassandra, Hadoop, Spark) and operate big data environments and configure their components
- You have knowledge of process mining (e.g. Celonis)
- Agile work with colleagues is nothing new for you. You value teamwork in dynamic and fast-paced work environments and share your knowledge with others
