Senior Product Designer (offline)

▶ What you will do:
Lead Product Designer is responsible for leading cross-functional team to achieve expected deliverables across digital experience. In this role, you will be working directly with client on the full life cycle of a digital product: from research and ideation through to detailed design and delivery, with an emphasis on rapid prototyping, frequent validation with end users, and creatively approaching constraints.

As a lead product designer, you will be on a frontier of The Gradient exiting projects. You will work in close collaboration with agency partners and product stakeholders, involved in every aspect of the product design process, from brainstorming product ideas to tweaking pixels right before the launch.

▶ Who are you:
A strong candidate will have 5+ years design experiences on consumer-friendly interactive products, with a great portfolio that shows deep product design skills, both UX and UI.

You’ll be able to show us how previous projects delivered value, elaborate on your reasoning and individual contributions, and point out how you used your skills (design, communication, interpersonal, etc.) along the way. You must be capable of collaborating confidently with different stakeholders and have a passion for cracking tough strategic and design problems. Also, you are “T-shaped person”, who have product success-oriented mindset.

English skills of Upper Intermediate and higher are required.
