Track Lead in procurement and logistics (Oslo) (offline)

Duties and responsibilities :

Owns the business process area (s) and project deliveries within this process area
Work with project managers, solution architects, and application experts to review and manage scope, allocate and plan resources, monitor deliverable progress, and escalate issues when appropriate;
Responsible for identifying the impact and requirements of business processes to support the organization's "pray for" vision with the solution;
Work on adapting to the standard processes provided by the solution;
Support coordination of cross-process deliveries and integration points with other process / solution team leaders and solution architects;
Support efforts to analyze and document business processes;
Work with process / solution team members, contractor and end users to develop the solution design including functional specifications;
Participate in configuring the system and validating the design;
Review and approve design and function specifications;
Work closely with other teams in designing and developing reports, workflows, interfaces and conversions;
Contribute to the development of training material as a reviewer and specialist;
Support the implementation of solution tests including:
Identify mission-critical scenarios for business processes;
Identify transactions and data to be tested; manage expected results versus actual results and causes of differences;
Participate in testing;
Assign follow-up tasks to configure and retry;
Plan and monitor the data cleanup activities for the business process area;
Provide production support after implementation if necessary;
Responsible for ensuring effective communication is maintained with appropriate business process owner when assigned this role.
