Senior Product Designer @ Matic (offline)

You will use your full range of interaction, visual, and design thinking skills to help build products that solve hard problems in a way that delights. This interdisciplinary role will work alongside product management, engineering, analytics, and marketing to drive key metrics all while keeping the user’s best interest at heart.

You will be passionate about promoting a design culture across the company and helping to build out a team from the ground up.

— Ability to understand and guide research and research synthesis, driving towards level insights that have a high impact on product decisions
— Working knowledge of modern UX presentation layer frameworks
— Experience launching complex digital product design in enterprise and consumer markets
— Proficiency in relevant software packages (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, Figma, or similar tools)
— Working knowledge of modern UX development frameworks. Be able to have meaningful conversations about benefits and trade-offs

What is required for you to apply:

— 5+ years of relevant design experience
— Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
— A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design skill and an understanding of user-centered design
— Experience working with software engineering teams to ensure accurate, high-quality design

Would be a plus:

— A strong portfolio of work showing skill in a broad variety of user interaction models and interface designs, especially in consumer industries
— Experience in designing, building, and maintaining design systems for digital products
— Experience in leading user research
— Experience with CRM software
