Recruiter (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years experience in IT-recruitment (technical and non-technical positions);
- Experience in direct search and headhunting;
- Understanding of full-cycle recruitment process;
- Experience in candidate selection, interviewing;
- Good knowledge of general technology stack, platforms, etc;
- Able to handle multitasking effectively;
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set up an effective recruitment process.
- Writing complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements;
- Full cycle recruitment of technical and managerial positions;
- Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates) and generate pipelines for each position;
- Maintain and update candidate database;
- Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates and communicate clear expectations of the recruiting process including interview, offer, background and onboarding;
- Handle simultaneously set of approximately 4 vacancies of different levels;
- Provide statistic reports on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Conduct labor market monitoring and analysis (technologies, market availability, salary ranges).
