Middle / Middle + Python Developer (Teamlead) (offline)

We are working at automatization of work processes in the field of automatization of HR work processes, more effective hiring and audit of onboard personnel.

We use Django, GraphQL and data science, considering AI implementation.

One of our products - a platform for video interviews and testing candidates - is already on the market and we have a bunch of other business ideas to implement, whilst the main product will be developed further and optimized.

Required skills:
-minimum 3 years of work experience with Python 3;
-work experience with Django 2 framework;
-deep understanding of Docker and NginX tools;
-expertise in project architecture development;
-database projection (PostgreSQL most preferable), CI/CD;
-self-motivation and leadership skills;
-Technical English language knowledge (written).

As a plus:
-work experience with ReactJS, HTML 5, CSS 2.0/3.0;
-practical knowledge of GraphQL, Celery/Redis;
-Amazon webservices (AWS) skills;
-work experience with Web & TCP sockets;
-Kanban knowledge methodology.

— Developing the project’s architecture;

new products, etc.;
— Reporting to PM on the project’s stoppers (if any);
