Technical recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
• 1,5+ years of relevant commercial experience
• Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English
• Understanding of outsourcing / outstaffing models specifics
• HR Interviewing experience
• A solid pool of connections
• Excellent skills with search tools
• Good Networking skills
