UX/UI Designer wanted! (offline)

You are a creative team player with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.
You have professional experience with the procedures, methods, and techniques of user-centered design and are very familiar with them.
You have a good understanding of front-end development and you have an agile mindset.
In addition to the usual Adobe Creative Suite programs, you’ve also mastered the common prototyping tools such as Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD.
Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS and JavaScript is an advantage, but not a must.
You have a high level of self-motivation and a great affinity for new trends and developments in web and design, as well as a very good sense of design and usability.
You are characterized by an organized, structured and independent way of working - even when operating under timely deadlines.


Your tasks in UX / UI design:
As a UX / UI designer, you ensure that our software is easy to understand, quick to use and, ideally, also looks beautiful.
Some of your tasks include:
You are responsible for the analysis of our content management system, as well as for providing improvement suggestions in order to make our products more user-friendly and intuitive and therefore improve the overall user experience.
You find creative ways to solve UX problems (usability, accessibility) and are able to identify design problems and develop suitable solutions to eliminate them.
You develop intuitive user experiences with the help of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that are optimized for a variety of different devices.
You take a user-centered design approach, test your designs, and communicate your ideas and prototypes clearly and understandably to our developers.
