Project Manager (offline)

We're hiring an experienced Software / IT Project Manager to join our talented and remotely distributed team. You will liaison between the development team and stakeholders by initiating meetings, compiling requirements, developing clear roadmaps with defined deadlines, managing time & resources, and driving objectives into completion.

Requirements:
β€” 3+ years of manual Project Manager experience;
β€” PMP Certified;
β€” Familiarity with technology stack;
β€” Amazon knowledge, understanding of Amazon TOS;
β€” Strong understanding and knowledge of iterative project management methodologies;
β€” Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to emergent requirements and changing priorities;
β€” Upper Intermediate level of English and higher;
β€” Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
β€” Strong interpersonal and proactive problem-solving skills;
β€” Highly organized.

Responsibilities:
β€” Manage and maintain project management (agile or scrum) processes: meeting prep, daily scrums, story grooming, spring planning;
β€” Working with deep knowledge experts (dev team) / resources to identify solutions for specific features;
β€” Coordinate communications between tech and stakeholders to ensure all have the information and direction needed to finish projects efficiently and in a timely manner;
β€” Generate and submit weekly status reports;
β€” Facilitate meetings (daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective);
β€” Keep projects moving by making sure schedules, technical requirements, resources, and communication are in sync;
β€” Define and document processes that keep projects moving quickly with quality results;
β€” Ensure necessary documentation is available to keep teams running smoothly;
β€” Serve as a middle point linking development and business;
β€” Holding team members accountable;
β€” Collecting information from sometimes unresponsive involved parties;
β€” Getting input from people in different timezones, locations, team members;
β€” Collecting feedback from all stakeholders and prioritizing and implementing into a roadmap;
β€” Managing multiple involved teams - development, board, board reps.
