REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience in active recruiting
Experience in full recruitment life cycle of IT specialists
Knowledge of complete recruiting cycle and processes
High level of sourcing and interviewing skills
Flexible, quickly adapting to new situation and environment
Experience building partnership relationships with candidates
Presentation skills, excellent communication and persuasion skills
English - Intermediate (spoken and business writing)
