Sales expert for DevOps company (offline)

Why?
We’ve already grown 4 times by the number of people, and 8 times by income. But we are near the limit of projects we receive and want to make a big step forward in the type and size of projects we can get. In our company, we try our best to deliver a good quality of work and simply want more companies to be able to get proper DevOps culture and Cloud transformation practices. So we just need someone to help us find those clients and guide us with their experience.

Who?
We are a DevOps company. If you ask 50 people what DevOps is, you will get 50 different answers. So we provide a wide array of offerings from consulting to managed services to help companies and organizations of any size transform the way they consume their IT capabilities.

We expect to take the lead in looking for new clients/projects where we can work as a team and help companies in their digital transformation.
Have experience in IT? Bonus point
Have experience with DevOps? Huge plus
Know secret FBI techniques how to convince people and close the deals? Extra bonus point ( we won’t tell anyone )

How?
Our main focus is clients from the US, UK, Australia, and Western Europe. So it’s much more preferable if you are located in these countries. Or at least have experience working with clients from these locations. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Search for new projects
- Project estimation
- Communication with clients (calls, online meetings, emails)
- Optimization of sales processes

Requirements:
- Proactiveness - ideal candidate will take the lead
- Experience with sales calls /Copywriting / Lead Generation
- Willing to learn new skills quickly.
- Technically savvy.
- Easy to work with, positive energy, and hardworking.

Experience with HubSpot/LinkedIn sales navigator/Upwork/Crunchbase/etc is a must or any other tools in this area. Main requirement for you will be to build the sales funnel, working with cold leads, help us to understand how we can find warm leads, but for now, we are only building a process for the second ones, so we expect you to find any possible person who may be interested in our services.
