C++/Qt Developer (Relocation to Sweden) (offline)

RESPONSIBILITY:
● Design and implement software for sewing and embroidery machines.
● Maintain and improve the performance of existing software executing on the sewing machines.
● Document the code to the required level of detail.
● To review code and design from other team members.
● Support SVP and 3rd party companies with software expertise.
● Integrate open source software and third-party programs.
● Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
● Use version control software to keep track of changes.
● Together with other software developers, team leaders and line manager, take responsibility
for planning, estimating and following up the project.
● Provide support for our production team in Shanghai.
● Collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
● 3 years of work experience in coding languages C++.
● Understanding of different software design patterns.
● Work experience of version control, such as Git, Mercurial, or similar.
● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
● Documentation and writing skills in English.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
● Work experience with Qt/QML.
● Work experience with operating systems (such as Linux).
● Work experience with unit testing.
● Work experience with using third-party libraries.
● Work experience with multi-threading and real-time designs.

PERSONAL SKILLS:
● Ability to work independently or with other team members.
● Ability to analyze potential issues.
● Taking initiatives.
● Ability to distribute/follow up development tasks in a systematic and structured way.
● Strong attention to detail.
● Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
