Your profile:
β’ 2-3 years of university education/ business school/ courses.
β’ You are interested in recruitment, sourcing and the IT world.
β’ Fluent in French, English is a plus, comfortable with telephone contact, rigorous and responsible.
β’ You are curious and interested by become a head-hunter.
β’ Full time position within the Consulting team. You will be supported and trained by Sourcing and Recruitment specialists to quickly become efficient.
β’ Knowledge of Switzerland is a plus.
Your role:
β’ Analyze the job descriptions you receive from the main Swiss companies.
β’ Always in touch with company's managers to specify the need.
β’ Sourcing of candidates on our different tools (networks, jobboard) and selection of the best suitable candidates.
β’ Searching for candidates from French-speaking countries.
β’ Realization of the first telephone interview with potential candidates.
β’ Integrate and manage the monitoring of your candidates in our database by ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed.
β’ Build a solid network and pool of candidates interested in our projects in Switzerland.
β’ Develop an effective social media and networking strategy to allow you to fulfill mandates in record time.
