DevOps Engineer (Azure) (offline)

We are looking to hire a cool T-shaped DevOps Engineer. The specialist who will join our team and help us to build and improve our cloud infrastructures and polish CI/CD processes and automation. The ideal candidate has a strong DevOps profile combining systems engineering and great leadership & communication skills

What we are using
- Microsoft Azure services including database management services, Function App, App Services
- Docker containers
- CI/CD: Jenkins, Octopus, Azure DevOps, Bitrise
- Configuration management & provisioning: Ansible, Terraform
- Scripts: Python, Bash, and PowerShell

Required skills
- At least 3 years of cloud engineering experience
- You are comfortable working with Windows-based environments and you have experience administering them
- Experience with Microsoft Enterprise products deployment and administration (on-premise and/or cloud)
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services
- Extensive experience with open-source technology, software development, and system engineering
- Experience with automation and building continuous integration pipelines, using CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Octopus, etc.
- Database experience, including knowledge of SQL and NoSQL, and related cloud databases services, Aurora, Azure Cosmos DB, and others
- Familiarity with general monitoring principles and tools like New Relic, Zabbix, Nagios
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting goals within a busy workspace
- At least Intermediate English level with good communication skills

As a plus
- Experience with Docker containerization and clustering (Kubernetes)
- Confidence with configuration management tools (Ansible/Terraform/etc.)
- Openness to work with Linux-based cloud environments (i.e. AWS)
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience of dealing with Git
- Experience of working in an Agile environment
- Passion for technology and a constant desire to learn and implement new and more efficient solutions
- Readiness to contribute to the continuous improvement of our infrastructures and processes related to its’ management

Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with other teammates and become a valued member of the WeAreBrain team
- Setup work processes inside DevOps direction using Agile techniques and Lean style of operating
- Setup, manage and improve cloud environments based on clients’ and teammates needs
- Design, implement and develop CI/CD systems and configuration activities
- Implement new technologies in the common process and continuous improvement of existing tools, pipelines and approaches
- Build, configure and manage tools for fast and reliable deployments
- Drive the automation of product development, evaluation, deployment, and operations
- Educate teammates on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
- Predict and solve issues before they snowball into problems
