Senior Project Manager (offline)

Our customer is in top 5 healthcare companies in US. They manufacture wide range of medical devices such as surgical instruments, neuro-, ortho- and spine implants, defibrillators and other CPR devices, smart cots and beds etc. Besides production, they also develop and distribute various digital products and services to their customers such as asset management solutions, device maintenance tools, reporting systems and many others.
We’ve been partnering for 17+ years with this customer. Our team consists of close to 200 engineers in various locations within Ukraine. Our project offers broad career growth opportunities for a talented manager with business trips to the customer offices across US and potential relocation, training and certification options.

Job Description
Minimum 7 years of experience in the role of project manager
Managing teams with 50+ engineers and 2+ project managers within the same portfolio
Experience with projects in healthcare domain would be a plus
Strong knowledge of various project management methodologies, their pros and cons
Prior experience in setting and tailoring software development processes
Strong people management skills (1*1 meetings, feedback sessions, creating growth plans for subordinate engineers and managers)
Experience in team recruiting and resourcing
Excellent reporting skills to various levels of stakeholders
Experience with project finance management (T&M, fixed price, budgeting, managing compensation, labor and project margin, ABS and ABR)
Strong risk management skills
Experience with pre-sale and business development activities would be a plus.
A background in the Software Development or Quality Assurance roles would be a plus.

Job Responsibilities
Managing a team of 50+ engineers on the existing account
Starting business with new customers within healthcare business unit
Managing and mentoring subordinate PMs
Launching and tracking project health metrics
Driving project level reporting to senior management within customer and GL organizations
Participating in GL wide initiatives (related to delivery quality, risk management, customer communications etc) and actively sharing knowledge with other managers
