Talent Manager - HR team (offline)

Reporting to Readdle Head of Talent, this role will be based in the Odesa HQ with the opportunity to be partly allocated in our Kyiv office as well (80:20).

The key objective for Talent Manager is in maximizing talents’ impact on business growth and success through employee onboarding, performance management, people experience and professional development.

Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding: Support and helping people become high-performing contributors in their new roles through providing the best-in-class onboarding to new hires and team members internally hired to a new role or promoted.
- Performance Management: Helping managers provide valuable and developing feedback, while team members were responsive and empowered to share their thoughts with their managers through managing and coordinating Readdle performance management process.
- Talent Development: Implementing Talent Development strategy, constantly collect the business need in new skills and competencies, organize educational events for all Readdle departments accordingly, provide constant analysis, post-training support to the team.
- Succession Planning: Coordinate professional development planning and succession planning for Readdle key roles.
- Internal Employer Brand: Ensuring Readdle culture & work environment is open, empowering, inclusive and shared by everyone through supporting and driving Readdle Pulse project.
- People Experience and other Talent Management activities: Creating, supporting and driving Talent projects, such as Readdle Summer Internship, team training, and others.

Here is how your first months will look like:
- Within your first 30 days at Readdle you will be focused on your own onboarding into the team and processes: get to know the team, our products, our business realities and meet the key stakeholders for 1-on-1 to get more insight on what is Readdle.
- By the second month at Readdle you will take over the ownership of the new hires onboarding, support and make an analysis of the current Performance & Talent development process. You will prepare your assessment and proposal on how we can get this process to a new level.
- By 90 days you will launch the first changes into processes and measure their impact. You will take full ownership of the Onboarding, Talent Development, and Performance Management at Readdle.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 4+ years of HR / Talent management experience. And has a successful track record in implementing and coordinating at least 3 of the following projects: Employee Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employer Brand, People Experience.
- Is a great team member and a collaboration partner. You always know how your goals are attached to other people on your team and feel included and focused on the team's success.
- Is a confident and experienced business partner. You know how to support business leaders through building and developing high-performing teams. You can effectively mentor company managers, team members, and your peers to achieve the best results.
- Who knows how to approach change management and really make a difference in future results. Loves to optimize workflows and drive higher efficiency.
- Has an open mind and withhold judgment.
- Has excellent written and spoken English.
