IT Recruiter (offline)
Requirements:
β Upper-Intermediate English - is a must;
β Experience in IT researching/recruiting;
β Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, interviewing process, search channels;
β Understanding of IT market trends and differences between technologies/ IT positions.
Soft skills:
β Outstanding communication and analytical skills;
β Highly responsible and organized with attention to details;
β Result-oriented, out of box thinker;
β Good team-player, active, hard-working personality.
Responsibilities:
β Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels and generate pipelines for each position;
β Maintaining a full hiring cycle (from drafting the job vacancy to carrying out all the stages of selection and making the offer);
β Providing feedback to candidates at each selection stage;
β Maintaining the candidate database;
β Participation in HR processes (adaptation, motivation etc.);
β Assistance in correspondence with clients.
