IT Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
β€” Upper-Intermediate English - is a must;
β€” Experience in IT researching/recruiting;
β€” Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, interviewing process, search channels;
β€” Understanding of IT market trends and differences between technologies/ IT positions.

Soft skills:
β€” Outstanding communication and analytical skills;
β€” Highly responsible and organized with attention to details;
β€” Result-oriented, out of box thinker;
β€” Good team-player, active, hard-working personality.

Responsibilities:
β€” Active sourcing of candidates using a variety of channels and generate pipelines for each position;
β€” Maintaining a full hiring cycle (from drafting the job vacancy to carrying out all the stages of selection and making the offer);
β€” Providing feedback to candidates at each selection stage;
β€” Maintaining the candidate database;
β€” Participation in HR processes (adaptation, motivation etc.);
β€” Assistance in correspondence with clients.
