Recruiter (offline)

Nowadays we are looking for experienced Recruiter, who has excellent communication and negotiation skills, and who has a big network in IT and marketing.

Tasks:

1. Recruitment and headhunting of mid-level and top-level specialists in the field of:
- Internet marketing: Media Buyer, Affiliate Manager
- IT: front- and back-end, PM, Business-analyst, QA
2. Source and attract candidates using databases, social media etc.;
3. Coordinating and organization of technical and HR interviews;
4. Job market analyses and reviews;
5. Preparing offer letters for new hires.

What we need:

- 1+ year of experience as an Recruiter (IT|Marketing);
- Ability to «sell» the organization;
- Strong team player.
