What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and manage a team of content moderators*:
Monitor analyze team performance and provide feedback;
Control the quality of moderation;
Send regular updates to the team on new features, launches and other updates in the app that may influence their workflow;
Analyze traffic, workload and plan the workflow for the team.
Cooperate with developers and analysts on the development of tools for moderation and automation process;
Prepare and hold online training, onboarding, and 1-on-1s with team members;
Take part in staff recruitment and appraisals.
What We'll Expect From You:
Prior experience in management;
Strong written and spoken English B2+ (knowledge of other foreign languages would be a plus);
Understanding of the content moderation process and how to manage it;
Analytical skills for monitoring team KPIs;
Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations and providing feedback to team members;
Creative thinking, to be able to come up with new ideas to improve the moderation process;
Self-motivation and self-starting: proven track record in personal initiatives;
Excellent teamwork skills.
