Responsibilities:
-interact and build relationships with customers;
-customer adoption and retention;
-managing clients' documents flow, working with statistics and reporting;
-identifying new business opportunities with existing clients;
-be the customer’s voice internally and provide feedback on how we can better serve their needs;
-develop operational plans based on customer goals, company and departmental KPIs like retention and customer value;
-manage and achieve these KPIs
Requirements:
1+ year experience in IT on related positions;
understanding of software development lifecycle;
strong interpersonal skills that establish trusted advisor relationships with clients;
proficient in English, both speaking and writing, other languages are a plus;
strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
motivational and inspirational personality;
pro-active attitude;
