Scrum Master (offline)

Project Description:
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join the key product team in Business Systems and Services department.
The department develops and maintains 20+ products of corporate-wide business processes automation.
Our customers and stakeholders are delivery and back-office departments of the Company.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, lead and support the teamwork and effective collaboration of two distributed Scrum Teams working on a single product
- Lead and coordinate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, etc.
- Coach the development team members, Product Owner, key stakeholders with Scrum best practices
- Support the development teams in maintaining a steady delivery rate, protect them from outside interruptions, and remove impediments to their progress
- Perform evolutionary step-by-step maturation of Agile delivery model as well is overall perception of Agile principles and culture
- Participate in managing the stakeholders communication process
- Help the team embrace Agile core values, adopt and apply those principles, and implementation practices
- Actively promote Agile and Scrum values within the organization, working with other Scrum Masters to increase effectiveness and adoption of Scrum
Mandatory Skills:
- Practical experience in Scrum setup in corporate environment
- Experience in scaled Scrum projects and scaling frameworks (Nexus or LeSS) as well as Agile transformations, related certification will be a plus
- Agile mindset
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish relationships and influence outcomes
- Experience of working with distributed teams across several time zones
- Experienced user of Atlassian Jira/Confluence
- Russian-speaking person
- English: Upper Intermediate +
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Scrum / Scaled Agile certificates from Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, Inc.
- Experience in internal product development
- Understanding of technology topics like CI/CD, DevOps, Extreme Programming, SDD, BDD, TDD
- Project or program management experience will be a plus
