Cordova developer (offline)

We are looking for a Cordova developer to create a module for an app that we have been working on. The module will need to connect three different plug-ins.

A plug-in that communicates with an andui circuit board, plug-in that maintains in internal database SQL, and a plug-in that reaches out to the web and pulls imagery to be saved in the app.

We will also need help writing a cron job to run every 15 to push data from the app database to a web database.

This app only needs to run on Andriod and is for a specific tablet.

We have a working version of the app, but it requires connecting to the internet. We need an version that if the connection fails, the data is held locally, including the product images.

We are a good html and JavaScript coders, but need your expertise in creating the module to link the plugins and ensure our scripts can reference the internal database.
