Required skills:
- Experience working as a PM in IT
- Strong understanding of SDLC, especially CI/CD and release process
- Experience in people management, performance review, staffing
- Upper-Intermediate English
- Excellent knowledge of the software development process
- Proven experience leading project in Agile framework
- Ability to prepare documentation (technical specifications, descriptions, estimations, etc.)
- Great communication skills
- Delivery management for project to ensure on-time service execution and delivery of high quality software
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to motivate teammates
- Ability to understand and validate technological stack and environment

Responsibilities:
- Participating in negotiations with clients and preparing short project overviews
- Planning and project estimation
- Writing technical documentation
- Directing work efforts and team management
- Tracking progress and project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Presenting the final product, demo versions, and prototypes to the client
- Schedule, manage and facilitate Scrum events (Scrum daily, Scrum Planning, Scrum Review, Scrum Retrospective and Scrum Refinements)
- Manage teams of 6+ people and deliver multiple projects
