Required skills:
- Experience in developing technical specifications and tasking for specialists;
- Understanding of web / mobile development lifecycle, project planning;
- Good at team motivation and problem-solving;
- Tolerance to critical and stressful situations;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:
- Experience with JIRA.

Responsibilities:
- Communication with customers: identifying needs, detailing tasks for projects;
- Task planning for the team: developers, designers, QA;
- Setting goals and monitoring their implementation;
- Analysis and planning of loading team members;
- Setting the workflow in a team;
- Prioritization of tasks;
- Monitoring the timing of projects.
