HR Manager (offline)

Techmates Group is looking for a HR manager!

Required skills:
— About 1 year of successful work experience in a similar role with an IT company
— Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
— Desire to develop a deep understanding of all HR functions within HR management
— Upper-intermediate English is imperative
— Desire and ability to work remotely
— Result-oriented and responsible
— Strong networking skills

What you will be doing:

— Supporting employees' engagement within corporate initiatives
— Maintaining and supporting a healthy corporate culture
— Designing and implementing cultural initiatives
— Participation in coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding processes
— Managing our HRIS system
— Organizing events and team building exercises
