Currently in search for a Team Lead Python Developer

Main responsibilities are
improvement of department work system and building-up the right communication
mentor and develop team members in correct manner, i.e. to distribute interesting and complex tasks and make development plans.
result orientation, looking for the best solutions, while taking into account both technology and business performance.
If you are experienced in building a team and willing to take responsibility for the overall result, know how to distribute tasks within the group and their orders, as well as do understand how to evaluate and motivate the staff, then you are THE RIGHT PERSON for the team!

Expectations:
Working experience 3 years + as a backend developer (Python)
Team Lead experience 1 year +
Multi-threading and asynchronous software development
Knowledge and understanding of network principles (TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL)
Database experience (PostgreSQL)
Git
Agile team working experience.
Knowledge of infrastructure principles, AWS Amazon cloud and Google Cloud.
