About project
The cross-platform solution specified on long term rent of apartments in Norway. The main project goal is to create a service for the long term real estate renting, the benefit is that user can make all the renting related actions in one place, such as communication, search for real estate/tenant/roommate, sign contracts, store contracts, pay bills and see various statistics.
It will be presented on 2 platforms:
1. Mobile apps (iOS / Android)
2. Web Portal

Guide team (2 Android developers, 1 iOS developer, 1 FE developer, 2 BE developers, 1 UX/UI designer) through business logic in accordance with platform-specific requirements.

Responsibilities
Identify and define business needs, goals.
Experience writing requirements specifications, documentation, and user stories.
Provide Scenarios and Workflow analysis.
Provide the requirements for the Team and support them during development.
Collaborate proactively with Business Stakeholders and Team.
Handle and manage change requests in collaboration with Team.
Analyze the possible impact of Change Requests on existing functionality and provide possible solutions.
Ability to review a competitor’s functionality and analyze its effectiveness.
‘Business value’ way of thinking but be able to transform it into technical User Stories based on discussion with software engineers.

Requirements
Good soft and communicational skills
English - fluent/advanced
Experience in start-ups
You have at least 2 years of experience as a project manager or product owner
You have a few commercial projects
You can defend your point of view and you can guide your client to the correct way.
You know how to talk with client and how to solve problems quickly
You have experience with: Project Management, Scrum, Agile, Asana, Kanban, Waterfall, Product management, Team management, Web Development, Communication, Process optimization, Product management, Business Analysis, Risk management, Release management, Requirements analysis, Tasks estimations, Training skills, Presentations skills, Negotiations with partners and customers, UX/UI, Building and optimizing business processes, Experience in Agile. Understanding RUP, Lean, XP, Iterative development, SLDC.
The technical background will be a plus.
