Java Team Lead (offline)

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• 5+ years of Java Development experience
• Upper-Intermediate (written and speaking) English
• 1+ years of experience as a team lead
• REST/JSON
• Maven / Git
• Jenkins
• MySQL
• Deep understanding of server side architecture. Best practices.
• Experience in evaluating new tools, technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze existing code. Understand business logic and technical solutions
• Fluent in testing frameworks and practices — for all levels of the application
• Experience working with Scrum

Soft Skills:
• Enthusiastic to learn new tools and technologies
• Think creative, smart and come up with new ideas to improvise the testing process
• Adapt to changing environment and system requirements
• Ability to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously

We are looking for Java Team Lead to join Salsa CRM team. Team will be working on applicstion refactoring and upgrades. New REST API, intergation between platforms, code refactoring. Rport directly to delivery manager at Insart and CTO at Salsa labs

— Manage local team members: back/front end developers, QAs
— Architectural decisions
— Find best ways to improve existing platform
— People management
— Task management
— Make sure that team scope is well-planned, estimated
— Make sure that team delivers stories in time
— Day-to-day cooperation with team members at Insart and on customer side
— Show Demos
— Take part in planning meetings
— Take part in brainstorm sessions
