Responsibilities:

The full cycle of recruitment (active candidate's screening, selection, CV database management, publishing and updating of information about the open positions, organization and conduction of initial interviews)

Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work

Requirements and Qualifications:

1 year experience as an IT Recruiter/Researcher will be a plus

Management skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Fluent English

Social Media experience with LinkedIn and Facebook and social networks

Experience in all kinds of development positions, full-stack, backend & front side;

Ability to work under pressure, leadership skills and charisma
