Lead Python developer (offline)

Requirements:
• Team leader management skills
• Developing individuals skills (coaching and mentoring)
• At least 4 years of commercial experience with Python / Django
• Experience with Django REST framework;
• Knowledge of Flask will be plus
• Experience using PostgreSQL
• Flexibility in architectural views
• Ability to refactor mercilessly (the project has its way of doing things)
• Intermediate English is required for daily verbal sync-up meeting with the client
• Tools: Jira, GitHub, bitbucket
• Experience and knowledge of Docker
• Having knowledge and experience of infrastructure principles, AWS Amazon cloud and Google Cloud

Responsibilities:
• Lead the team according to established processes while tightly collaborating
• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain stateless micro-services in various environments (Public/Private Cloud, On-premises in customer domain) using modern techniques of CI/CD
• Integrating APIs with existing technology and third-party APIs
• Participate in business challenges discussion
• Bring value to the product by writing code
• Conducting code reviews to ensure code adheres to development standards
• Collaborating with other technical leaders across the organization to develop best practices
