Senior/Lead back-end developer (offline)

About project
Financial CRM system is a fast developing CRM which was designed to manage clients from all over the world. Over the past one year the project has developed significantly and currently encompasses variety of features which enables to analyze incoming leads and distribute them further through the funnels. The system helps users to monitor what have been done with the leads and further actions which need to be taken.

Responsibilities
Developing the back-end part of our product using PHP 7.2+/Yii2
Provide review, audit, and optimization of current architecture
Participate in team management
Team performance review and analysis
Optimization of the application for maximum performance, scalability and high availability
Code review, refactoring and requirement analysis
Building reusable code and libraries for future use
Design and implementation of data storage solutions
Implementation of security and data protection
Writing tests for functional and unit testing

Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in software engineering (PHP, Python, JavaScript)
Experience with Yii2 (other frameworks will be an advantage)
Experience with MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch
Experience with large applications development and support
Experience with service and microservice architecture
Proficient knowledge of full development cycle
Proficient knowledge of Linux, Bash, Docker
Good understanding of Key-value store, Memcached
Good understanding of CI/CD practices

As a plus
Experience in NodeJS
Good English
