Responsibilities
Run the Full Recruiting Life Cycle
Identify and manage candidates throughout all stages
Maintain good relationships and communication in a professional manner with vacancies customers
Work closely with HR, management and development teams
Search for candidates using various sources and tools
Participate in a hiring cycle in collaboration with our HRD
Provide feedback to candidates during their screening process until the final decision
Work with the internal Recruiting system for candidates

Requirements
2+ years of experience in IT recruiting
Deep understanding of development process, technologies, and methodologies
Strong knowledge of Full Recruiting Life Cycle
Ability to dive into the details while doing executive search and interviews;
Upper-intermediate English
Result-oriented and high-achiever team-player
