Project manager IT (offline)

Main requirements:
- Analyze project viability and, based on this, negotiate its acceptance.
- Estimate costs, times, budgets, and resource requirements for each project.
- Negotiate project conditions with in-house and freelancers.
- Turn client requirements into instructions for in-house and freelance resources.
- Perform project tracking, coordination, and delivery.
- Guarantee fulfillment of each project’s needs and expectations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Love and know to keep everything under control (one point is not enough)
- Experience in people management.
- Knowledge of how to delegate and control tasks.

Description of Responsibilities:
- Sales call/chat with clients if needed.
- Managing designers and developers (in-house and freelance).
- Participation in project planning, budgeting, and evaluation and execution.
- Support of existing clients if needed.
- Briefing clients for coming projects.
- Creation of technical requirements.
- Other tasks.

Key qualifications:
- Fluent English (both written and verbal).
- Understanding of web design and development process. Technical background is a plus.
- Good communicator. Negotiation/sales experience is a plus.
