Senior DevOps Engineer, Social Casino (offline)

Our client works in the online entertainment sector. The company's products are unique thanks to the patented innovative features of the games it develops. Hundreds of games are available on slot machines and on mobile and web applications. They are played by users of several dozen countries.​

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who is looking to join a team that's committed to ensuring the stability of systems and code running one of the hottest social casinos available. You will be responsible for assisting with the design, deployment, and maintenance of a full stack Kubernetes environment, running on a Google Cloud Environment. You’ll also participate in fostering a DevOps culture, and building strong cross functional collaboration with all areas of development, product, and QA.

Must have
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; or equivalent experience;
- 5+ years in systems administration with a focus on DevOps (9+ years without BS);
- Proficiency in Python, bash, or other comparable scripting language;
- Cloud technology, and virtualization with Docker;
- Networking (TCP/UDP, ICMP, DNS, etc), OSI Layers, infrastructure services and security;
- Proficiency in Linux administration (CentOS or RHEL a plus);
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes;
- Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience;
- Ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing;
- Working knowledge of the technologies listed below (but not limited to): Ansible, Puppet, CentOS, Git, Perforce, Python, Ruby, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Graphite, IPA, AWS, OpenStack, Java 8, Kafka, Zookeeper, Cassandra, Hadoop, Hazelcast, Fabric, R10K (and related design concept), Apache, Nginx.
- Spoken English.

Would be a plus
- Contributions to open source projects;
- Active participation in related events and meetups;
- Keen understanding of development and implementation of amorphous environments;
- Capacity planning and forecasting based on performance benchmarking and metrics.
