Junior HR manager (offline)

Requirements:
- Experience in IT sphere at similar position from 1 year
- Proactive approach to life and work
- Desire to work with people and make their lives better
- Excellent speaking and written Ukrainian and Russian
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Google services - Google drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar etc.
- English at a Pre-intermediate level or higher
- Attentiveness to details
- High level of time management and self management skill
- Ability to both build a strategy and implement it
- Excellent organizational skills, experience in arranging events
- Desire to grow professionally, be a part of the team and represent a team

Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office
- Administering programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company
- Assisting with hiring new candidates
- Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities
- Company employee communication
- Participation in planning team-building activities and corporate events
