Job Responsibilities:
- Set up L2/L3 support processes to cover existing project needs and requirements - Unify support processes and approaches across all locations - Manage local support leads/teams to ensure their efficiency - Handle escalations to support teams - Assist sales and account management teams to ensure selling of best support practices and approaches - Track support projects financial metrics and invoicing
Requirements:
- At least 3+ years of proven experience in a L2 / L3 / L4 lead/manager position - Analytical mindset - Excellent communication skills - 5+ years of working in complex enterprise setup - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously - Experience of working within a shared services function with a diverse client base - Expertise in process management including current state, pain point recognition and future state design - Leadership from the ground up attitude
