Company background
Fornova is a supplier of online data scanning and distribution technology to the travel and retail sectors. There's a whole lot of AI and complex algorithms behind all this, but essentially we've built a method of gathering online data that isn't hindered by changes in code, language, or layout. The company works with the largest players in the industry- Expedia, Booking, Hilton, Marriott and many others. We are located in London, New York, Yoqneam Ilit, Vinnytsia, Amsterdam.


Area of Responsibility
The ideal manager will provide the highest level of responsibility, be able to work independently and be able to react fast on customers' requests.
-Working with Automated Billing System-
- Preparation and issue of invoices
- Preparing of Billing reports, verification with credit cards providers
- Customer support and resolution of their issues

-Good level of communication skills in English
