Ruby on Rails Developer (offline)

Required skills
Passion about music festivals and sports :)
5+ Ruby, Rails, OOP principles/patterns, strong relation DB knowledge (Postgres),
Multi-tenancy experience will be a huge plus
Vue.js knowledge will be a huge plus
Experience with Redis/Memcached/performance optimization would be great
English sufficient for daily communication with the customer (Intermediate +)
Great attention to detail and a strive to write reusable and well-tested code
Knowledge of SQL beyond ActiveRecord
Experience in writing unit and feature tests using RSpec and capybara


Will be a plus
Experience with Vue.js/Nuxt or any other frontend framework
Passion about music or festivals

Responsibilities
Follow organizational processes and best practices in an Agile team environment
Developing new functionality, suggesting improvements to the codebase and the product
Collaborating with the product owner on estimating and selecting tasks for every sprint
Writing detailed technical specifications based on user stories
Performing code reviews, approving pull requests and improving the quality of the code
